“Vior – Velika Morava” Ltd Belgrade became a subsidiary of “Trace Group Hold” Plc

On 05.02.2019 the Registration Agency of the Republic of Serbia registered a change in the ownership of "Vior Velika Morava" Ltd Belgrade. On the basis of a contract for sale “Trace Group Hold” Plc acquired from its subsidiary “Trace International” Ltd 100% of the capital of "Vior Velika Morava" Ltd amounting to 15 743 000 RSD, divided into one unit. The transaction value is 171,468 euros. As of 05.02.1019 the sole owner of the capital of "Vior Velika Morava" Ltd is “Trace Group Hold” Plc.
