Serbian PresidentAleksandar Vucic opened officially on Saturday 16 September, 2017 30.5 km of Nis-Dimitrovgrad highway. Standing at the official tribune, he said that the decade fairy tale about a highway between Bulgaria and Serbia is coming to end and added: "My smile today is 30.5 km long." The Bulgarian Construction Holding Company “Trace Group Hold” first completed its European highway project at the end of 2016. Trace workED on two sections with a total length of 14,311 km. The project manager was the young engineer Yanko Yankov. Even then, the director of "Corridors of Serbia", the Employer of the project, Dimitar Djurovic, said: "Trace has shown that it is a serious company and is working at full speed." In 2016 Trace completed the construction of the alternative highway Bela Palanka-Pirot. The construction of the 22-kilometer new road was managed by Eng. Ilia Nedev. The construction of the heaviest route on E75 Highway Grdelitsa-Tsaricina Dolina valley continues at full speed. Just two weeks ago, President Vucic was on a track inspection and wished success to builders.
