Rositsa Dineva-Georgieva is a Management Board member of “Trace Group Hold” Plc and CFO of the Holding company.
She graduated from “D. A. Tsenov” Academy of Economics, Svishtov in Control and Analysis of corporate activities with a Master's degree.
She started working in "Trace Group Hold" Plc in 2004 as an accountant and one year later she became Chief accountant of the subsidiary company "Trace Sofia" Jsc.
From 2008 till 2011 she worked as Chief accountant of "Trace Group Hold" Plc and in May, 2011 she became a part of the Holding company management as CFO.
In the years of hеr career Mrs. Dineva was a member of the Board of Directors of various subsidiaries in the group: „TraceSofia“ Jsc,“Trace Burgas” Jsc and “PSI” Jsc.
She is currently a Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Trace Sofia" Jsc.
