The scope of the project includes construction and installation works on modernization of the railway line, activities for construction of a new catenary, construction of new drainage systems, installation of new platform pavement on all platforms in the station, construction of new and replacement of existing platform coverings with new lightweight structures, which provide access for people with reduced mobility.

The project provides activities for construction of a communication and transport breakthrough under the railway area of ​​Plovdiv station, including construction of sewerage and ventilation systems, lighting and video surveillance, as well as construction of noise protection facilities and safety fences in the area of ​​the station.

Contract activities should be completed within 35 months and include design lasting up to 8 months and construction up to 27 months.
