„Trace BG“ is the new name of „Trace Sofia“. The entity accepted "Trace-Road Construction" through merger

„Trace BG“ JSC is the new name of the largest subsidiary in the organization structure of “Trace Group Hold” PLC – “Trace Sofia” JSC. The change was entered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency and in the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities in Bulgaria on June 19, 2020. Three days later a new circumstance was entered: transformation of “Trace-Road Construction” JSC through merger into “Trace BG” JSC.

„Trace BG“ JSC, UIC 175254451, became universal legal successor of the entire property of “Trace-Road Construction” JSC, UIC 833175762. The latter was ceased without liquidation. Pursuant to Art. 262u of the Commercial Law, the capital of the receiving company “Trace BG” JSC was not increased.

“Trace BG” JSC is represented by two executive directors: Manol Kavrakov and Dipl. Eng. George Ivanov, who are also members of the Board of Directors. The entity also includes Biser Ivanov and Maria Surcheva as BoD members. Rositsa Dineva and Manol Denev were released from the Management board of the entity.
